Their great similarities are an invaluable opportunity to study some aspects of the architectural project: typology, size and measurement, design, geometry, proportions, etc. The analysis of the buildings' ground-plan reveals three architectural scales. These are obtained using a versatile typology and simple metric and formal rules. These characteristics should have facilitated the large geographical and temporal distribution of this architecture in the Spanish Gothic. |
