The “friendly” is an intangible basic communication strategies of many destinations that drive the choice of a destination and help to strengthen the feeling of mutual acceptance between resident and tourist, affecting visitor satisfaction. In the attitude of residents is not only important to know the reality of a moment, assessing the impact of the benefits and costs, and the effects of intrinsic and extrinsic to the resident, it is also imperative for decision-making in line with reality , permanent and constant evaluation of what happens with the attitude of the resident, is consistent or unstable over time?
