A number of65 teachers were selected randomly based on the Cochranformula. Data gathering tool for measuring organizational culturewas Denison's standard questionnaire and for measuring knowledgemanagement a new questionnaire was developed. Cronbach'sAlpha test showed a reliability of 0.89 for organizational culturequestions and 0.83 for knowledge management questions. Theresults showed mission culture as the highest and adaptabilityculture as the lowest dimensions. Among the knowledge managementfactors, the highest rank belonged to knowledge identificationand knowledge goal and the lowest was knowledgemeasurement.
