Sumari: | ObjectivesThis study seeks to integrate the design concepts of information technology and intelligent technology into the research and design of a ship intelligent spare parts information management system, and mine the internal value of the data so as to improve its maintenance and support ability; the design method is proposed on this basis. Methods First, the goals of "automatic perception of spare parts quantity, automatic data recording and automatic data analysis" are determined, and the overall system architecture design is discussed. In terms of the design goals, the design idea of an intelligent spare parts box is discussed, and the hardware structure design scheme and information processing logic design are analyzed. The design of coding rules, automatic identification process for the door opening/closing status of the spare parts box, and storage status of spare parts is carried out in order to realize the perception of spare parts change and automatic data recording. The composition design of the software function modules is then discussed. Focusing on the comprehensive application and auxiliary analysis of data, the design of an Apriori-MOD data association algorithm and data processing steps are analyzed. ResultsBased on the above ideas, the design of the overall system framework, information flow and Apriori-MOD data association algorithm are completed. The proposed system design method integrates information technology, network technology, sensor technology and an intelligent algorithm to greatly improve the work efficiency of the crew.Conclusions This study lays a foundation for promoting spare parts management towards the era of information and intelligence.
