description In this study we will formalize a set of basic procedures for analyzing biological data and create tools to assist in decision making. Such tools are statistical methods, i.e., the creation of a mathematical modeling / statistic in order to provide a given event for measuring a possibility of occurrence. The structures were observed by post-mortem macroscopic analysis, thereby performing cardiac remodeling. Through statistical modeling is expected to create a method for measuring how "good / better'' had the heart to apply substance. For this we must make the statistical analyzes described, together with the analysis of the variables, and working with least squares linear regression, thus enabling better control over the samples
