This literature review proceeds to describe Vietnam’s EPR program, focusing on its regulations and implementation procedures. By highlighting several obstacles and directions in Vietnam, this review emphasizes the importance of aligning EPR strategies with the country's socio-economic context to achieve sustainable management of waste and a circular economy.
