稳杀得(吡氟禾草灵)除草剂具有旋光性,其中S异构体没有除草活性.利用Pirkle型(S,S)-Whelk-O1手性固定相,在高效液相色谱上首次对稳杀得及其中间体进行了对映体分离,由相应的R-异构体标样确定R型先洗脱出;同时对流动相条件进行优化实验,考察了醇类添加剂体积分数和种类、酸性添加剂体积分数对其对映体分离的影响....
