Summary: | In present work the influence of chronic immobilization stress on bactericidal activity of alveolar macrophages after capsaicin application on the neck division of the right vagus nerve and intramuscular administration of leuenkephaline analog dalargine was studied. It was shown that stress is accompanied by the increase of macrophagal bactericidal activity whereas the exhausting of neuropeptides deposit in vagus nerve attenuates this activation. Dalargine caused additional augmentation of bactericidal activity of alveolar macrophages in comparison with stress. |
