Description
Summary:Based on long excerpts from a collective interview conducted with a group of five self-employed or freelancers who design and build escape rooms, this article pursues two objectives: firstly, it shows how the development of a work collective based on an horizontal ideal cannot avoid the elaboration of rules for running; secondly, it proposes a reflection on the interest of the collective interview for the sociological analysis of work processes. By the questioning the elaboration of a group operating rules with this method, the article makes it possible to understand what this group interaction rises to. This article shows that some regulations issues are identified, addressed and negotiated for the first time during the interview.
