Bronchogenic cysts have also been reported in intrapulmonary, intrapericardial,
abdominal, and retroperitoneal locations. Herein, we report a case of a retroperitoneal bronchogenic
cyst in the presacral space. The patient was diagnosed based on a post-operative histopathological
