Summary: | The purpose of this article is to analyze the Act of 10 July 2015 amending the following acts - Civil Code, Civil Proceedings Code and some other acts. The act introduces a new legal form of document and modifies existing rules of civil proceedings and enforcement proceedings. It also constitutes the next stage of digitalization of civil proceedings, introducing the basis for the formation of new electronic institutions. The amendment also changes electronic system for writ–of–payment proceedings and enforcement proceedings regulations in scope of exchange of pleadings and electronic auction of movables. It also introduces the institution of the Register of Inheritance and official lists of attorneys, legal counsels, public prosecutors and patent and trademark attorneys. |
