The purpose of this paper is to indentify and rank the most important factors to attract and retain academic talent in university. The research is application and doing with quantitative and describe methods in the University of Tehransampling is Simple random and tools Data Gathering is questionnaire.The collected data were analyzed with SPSS software and results show that “the atmospher of research in university” is the most important factor in attracting and keeping talents in University of Tehran. |
