Description

Their exploitation, especially in the form of monopoly, was held by the Chinese. They had means to spread lotteries within a very wide geographical radius. Therefore, this matter, although associated with the colonial economy, shows how colonial governance presented itself in unequal forms depending on the proximity to the problems.
