In this article I analyse the situation of two of these lotteries, looking for difficulties in the Portuguese administration and how it assumed different forms of vision between the authorities in Macau and those in Lisbon. Therefore, this matter, although associated with the colonial economy, shows how colonial governance presented itself in unequal forms depending on the proximity to the problems. |
