| description | Using the qualitative approach, we analyzed how is the appropriation of the substantive rationality by Organizational Climate Management in ALN (fictitious name). The concept of substantive and instrumental racionalities of Guerreiro Ramos and the contributions about administrative practive’s Serva and organizational environment were adopetd in the theoretical framework. We used a historical documentary research supplemented by interviews with managers to longitudinal case study. The study has done between the years 1999-2005. The findings demonstrated that the climate surveys conducted from 1999 to 2003 reinforced the instrumental rationality in ALN. The 2005 survey showed to be a facilitator of the characteristics of substantive rationality. |
