Description
Summary:Based on the parameters and characteristics of the fifth generation mobile communication(5G)system and the radio altimeter, this paper uses the antenna model and propagation model provided by the International Telecommunication Union(ITU) related proposals. Through Monte Carlo simulation, the coexistence of the 4 400~4 500 MHz band 5G system and the 4 200~4 400 MHz band radio navigation service(radio altimeter) is carried out. The results show that the 5G system does not cause harmful interference to the radio navigation service(radio altimeter) in the relevant frequency band.
