| Summary: | Etiology and pathogenesis of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis is well understood, the source of infection is sinus periapical foci of inflammation and radicular cysts. In some cases, the cause of the disease are foreign bodies in the maxillary sinus derived for errors endodontic treatment of the upper jaw [1, 2]. The currently available literature data indicate the toxic effects of the filling material on the mucosa of the maxillary sinus, causing degenerative changes in the mucosa, which continue as an independent process, with obvious clinical signs of immunosuppression and inflammation [4]. Our method plastic burr hole in radical sinusotomy restores architecture of the sinus and affect the stages of healing itself in the interference from the operation of up to three months for the whole period of the herbal plate “CM” resorption, as well as to deal effectively with occlusive sinus cavity fungus mycelium varying degrees severity. |
