This species was found on 83.33% of the total samples with an average density of 270 individuals/100ml of soil (positive samples). In this study, the Vietnamese population of H. poranga was characterized based on both morphology and molecular characterization of D2-D3 expansion segment of 28S rRNA sequence. Besides, a molecular phylogenetic tree of the genus Hemicycliophora was also provided. |
