description <p align="justify">Which must be the place for the grammar in teaching/learning of a foreign language, mainly in the education directed toward futures professionals of secretarial science? Although to be seen currently by many as one component of little importance, the grammar continues to play a role of great value in the education of any language, either it native or foreigner. For believing that the learner occupies the center of all process of teaching/learning, we aim to identify the representations that pupils of a secretarial science course of a university in the interior of Minas Gerais possess concerning referring questions to the grammar education, as much of the Portuguese as the French. A questionnaire was elaborated from the models of Besse and Porquier (1984) and Germain and Séguin (1998) and in this work are presented the results gotten in this research.</p>
