Summary:Ethics has an innate value and work ethic is a cultural norm. Work ethics encourage people to perform their jobs properly by giving a spiritual value to their performance. Work ethics impact on task performance and cause to conducting task more than commen conditions. With this in mind, the present article examines the impact of work ethics on withdrowal behavior. The research is descriptive-survey in method. The population comprised of 149 employees in University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, Pearson correlation ‎test and regression analysis. The result showed a signification positive correlation between work ethics and task performance(R= 0/464). Based on the research results, suggestions have been made to increase task performance at organizations based on work ethics.
