| description | Proposed optimization method for calculating normative working capital at an engineering company, based on a comprehensive quantitative assessment of the status of the planned production. The method enables the integration processes of supply, production and sale of products and takes into account their dynamism. Optimal control mechanism created standards for working capital enables the consolidation effect of different structural units in the engineering enterprise. Instruments used to determine planned stocks of materials, parts and finished products in the engineering enterprise, which correspond to the real needs of production in them, and on this basis to develop the necessary standard of working capital. The presented approach is universal and can be used by managers and specialists of engineering enterprises automated control systems. |
