description | Voice behavior means expressing views that are contrary to current situation and participating in the decision-making process, plays an important role in achieving organizational goals and the growth of educational organizations. The purpose of this study was to identify the principles and components affecting the occurrence of voice behavior from the perspective of Imam Ali (AS) in the form of a qualitative research of content analysis. For this purpose, after reviewing the literature of voice behavior theory, first the components of voice behavior were identified, then by thematic analysis method through purposive sampling, Imam Ali (AS) speeches in Nahj al-Balagheh were drawn in a network of concepts and the most important themes in position It was centralized and other themes were organized around these main themes. Based on the findings, belief in divine centrality, human goodness, human freedom and belief in the afterlife were identified as among the most important Islamic principles influencing this approach and the Islamic reading distinguished this theory from Western individualistic approaches. Islamic participatory behavior was emphasized with the components of strengthening empathy, responsibility, social supervision and fairness. In this way, encouraging employees in educational organizations to exchange views with managers and create a space for designing and sharing ideas and modifying opinions without any negative consequences is a necessary issue. |
