| description | The current study aims to identify factors that influence the success of strategic planning using statistical techniques of structural equation modeling to provide a model for successful strategic planning. After literature review and integration of the results, organizational factors influencing the success of strategic planning were identified and classified into two groups including interactive factors and general factors. In terms of purpose, the research is applied, and data collection method was descriptive- correlational. The population included top and middle managers of Iran Insurance Company of Tehran (410 people using cluster sampling, 201 subjects were selected and examined). Instruments for data collection were questionnaire the validity of which was confirmed based on the views of experts and confirmatory factor analysis; its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results of the structural equation modeling showed that the interaction of factors directly and indirectly, and general factors directly affect the success of the strategic plan to be effective. |
