PCVD法用的微波等离子体重入式谐振腔的设计
本文在Hansen和Raptis等人研究的基础上,提出了适用于PCVD法的重入式等离子体谐振腔的工程设计法。用这种方法研制的腔体已制备出低衰耗光纤。
