Here, we report the first complete mitochondrial genome of Gekko subpalmatus. The genome of Gekko subpalmatus is 17,105 bp in length and consists of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, and 1 control region.
