At the beginning this phenomenon was linked, for obvious reasons, to the observations of amateurs and astronomers, fleeing from urban areas in search of places free from light pollution. Recently instead, the interest in a new perception within the hiking experience seems to emerge. There, the night with its mystery, but at the same time with its different sensory engagement, offers added value by which even marketing has been seduced. They are no longer the city lights to attract, but the margins of the night and the space of the silences. Walking through the night, and through the night, how does our approach to the landscape change? An answer to this question will emerge by analyzing the case of the Casentinesi Forests Monte Falterona and Campigna National Park. |
