Summary:In the formation of the ICT competence of teachers important role is given to tutor support. The tutor, performing support of process of improvement teacher qualifications on the basis of an educational institution, provides the implementation of the individualized route of professional development for each teacher in the field of ICT. Wide tutors network created in the program Intel «Education for the Future». The role of the tutor is increased due to the introduction from 1 September 2015, all educational institutions GEF basic general education. Approved standard of professional activity of a teacher with a rather high requirements for ICT competence of teachers. The article presents the authoring program of tutor support of the formation of the ICT competence of teachers in the conditions of the introduction of the GEF general education and professional teacher standards. The program has the properties of a new educational product. Substantiated content of the program. Tutors analyze school information educational environment, requirements for ICT competencies of students and teachers, develop technological cards of training situations, mastering innovative educational training models with ICT, discuss forms of tutor support of teachers get acquainted with Russian Internet services.
