description | The authors of the article point out that in the current turbulent environment it is necessary to
apply an innovative approach to human resources management in the structures of a given organization.
Explains the concept of organization and presents its types. The management process and functions
performed by contemporary managers are also discussed. They characterize the concept of innovation in
the context of human resources management by presenting the division of innovations. They point to the
advantages of innovation management, such as stimulating progress, activation or personal development of employees through permanent self-education, as well as disadvantages in the form of difficulties related
to overcoming resistances, habits, traditional ways of thinking and the actions of employees. Then
they present innovative human resources management in local government administration units, i.e. in
highly traditional organizations, embedded in specific procedures and habits. They describe knowledge
management as a manifestation of innovation. Therefore, in an innovative company, the qualificati ons
of employees, which will be the best used, will lead to achieving both the goals of this organization and
the individual goals of employees. Human resource management in such an enterprise takes place in an
innovative way, when employees participate in the management and using new technologies, they design
innovative solutions that improve the organization of their work and improve the quality of services. |
