description <p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">In this article is discussed a problem of studying the cognitive component of psychological culture of the technical university. The technique of psycho-pedagogical analysis of classroom lessons, identify indicators and levels of development of the cognitive component, summarizes the results of diagnosis.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">Currently, the issue of improving the psychological component in professional and pedagogical activity of the teacher rises researchers actively.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">The <span class="char-style-override-1">purpose </span>is to study the current state of psychological culture of the teacher of a technical college through the development and implementation of psycho-diagnostic tools in the activities of the educational institution.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">The <span class="char-style-override-1">methodology</span> of the study included to introspection University lecturer their classroom-based methods developed by the author, «Psycho-pedagogical analysis of classroom training in a technical college». The study involved 124 of the teacher and the subject of several multi-disciplinary departments of Nizhny Novgorod State University by Alexeev R.E.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">As a result of the study were developed and tested system of indicators psycho-diagnostic, socio-psychological and emotional context of the analysis of diagnostic studies at a technical college; identified current level of development of psychological culture of the teacher of the higher technical school.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">The <span class="char-style-override-1">results</span> can be applied in educational institutions of teacher training universities within universities and faculty and psycho-pedagogical seminars. Our proposed technique is effective in terms of self-examination of their teacher teaching.</p>
