description For real-time monitoring vertical posture of hoister containers, an attitude sensing system of hoister container based on ADXL345 was designed in order to ensure timely alarm when the hoister container is inclined. The system determines current attitude of hoister container by monitoring its inclination angle in perpendicular direction. The inclination angle is compared with alarm threshold, if it goes beyond alarm threshold, makes alarming. The alarming information can be uploaded to the hoister monitoring center via RS485, so as to achieve early warning operation.
