New transperineal ultrasound-guided biopsy for men in whom PSA is increasing after Miles’ operation

Key points The new transperineal ultrasound (TPUS) technique can offer an accessible route in men without an anus. A PI-RADS 5 tumor is a good indication for the new TPUS-guided biopsy technique. The TPUS-guided biopsy is difficult to target a small prostate tumor (< 1.5 cm).
