Summary:Lieutenant Colonel Mustafa Kemal was appointed to the 19th Division Command Post on January 20,1915 and came to Tekirdağ on January 24,1915 There he took office after finding the 19 th Division. Thereafter, he came to Maydos by command of General Esat Pasha on February 25 and was charged as the Maydos District Commander on February 26,1915. He was unseated on March 24 and taken in tow of army. Mustafa Kemal who served in Bolayır during the Balkan War, distinguished himself and provided benefit in Gallipoli Peninsula after two years, particularly in ground combats. Lieutenant Colonel Mustafa Kemal, who managed to find the location of the newly established 19th district after a little struggle, came to Maydos and left Gallipoli Peninsula on December 10,1915; holding Office for 9 months and 13 days in total
