description We could say that these reflections by Diamela Eltit trace moments of an artistic, literary and vital journey, this last word in the biographical sense, but also with the meaning of "fundamental". Those moments –“autobiographical moments of the interview”, as Leonor Arfuch would say– are also the traces of a generation, of a society, past and present, because, according to Pierre Bourdieu's understanding, there is nothing eminently individual, since the collective is print in that dimension. Put the focus on minorities, resistance to the Chilean dictatorship, from their literature and the performative work of the Collective of Arts Actions (CADA), the encounter with feminism at the same time, the public space as territoriality of production and circulation of texts and activism, the awareness of the body as a discursive construct and as a target of politics and the market are some of the milestones that mark this vital journey.
