| Summary: | <p>Se expone un método para la optimización del mantenimiento preventivo planificado (MPP) a partir de la<br />introducción del mantenimiento basado en la condición (MBC) en las turbinas y generadores de vapor de una<br />central termoeléctrica cubana, utilizando las técnicas de diagnóstico integral. Se presenta el estado del arte del<br />desarrollo del mantenimiento y se caracteriza este en las centrales termoeléctricas cubanas; además, se realiza<br />un estudio estadístico de las fallas y se presentan varios casos de estudio con la finalidad que el lector pueda<br />comprender la necesidad de implantación de esta técnica, cuyos únicos costos son la organización de los datos<br />de fallas y la colaboración del personal técnico ligado a las mismas.</p><p> </p><p>In this present paper the author exposed a method for the optimization of the planned preventive maintenance<br />(PPM) starting from the introduction of the condition based maintenance (CBM) in the steam turbines and generators<br />in a cuban thermoelectric power station, using the techniques of Integral Diagnosis. In the same one the<br />state of the art of the development of the maintenance is presented and the last one is characterized in the cuban<br />thermoelectric power station, it is also carried out a statistical study of the failures and several cases of study are<br />presented with the purpose that the reader can understand the necessity of installation of this technique whose<br />only costs belong the organization of the data of failures and the collaboration from the bound technical personnel<br />to the same ones.</p>
