It has always come to their agenda as a prerequisite for the established human right of freedom of expression, which is guarded by Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights (<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">ECHR</span>). Obviously, without media pluralism, freedom of expression would be non-existent.</span></p> <div style="mso-element: footnote-list;"></div>
