description | [Introduction] In order to reduce the initial investment in the gas turbine power plant and ensure the safety of the unit, and obtain the economic subsidy of Guangdong auxiliary services through the black start function, the configuration scheme of using multiple diesel generator units is proposed when expanding the gas turbine, which are used as both the emergency shutdown power supply of 9F unit, and the black start power supply of the original 9E unit. [Method] In order to achieve technical and economic optimization, a reasonable configuration scheme was given through multi-scheme comparison and demonstration on the configuration of diesel generator units and the auxiliary power wiring. The emergency shutdown control logic and black start control logic of the recommended scheme were also explained. [Result] The results of the black start test show that all electrical quantities meet the requirements of the specification, and the recommended scheme can meet the black start function and pass the verification of the Grid Company. [Conclusion] Multiple diesel generator units are used for both black start and emergency functions in the scheme, which provides reference for the future engineering design of black start and emergency power supply in gas turbine power plants. |
