A bright nanowire single photon source
Silicon-vacancy (SiV) centers in diamond are bright sources of indistinguishable single photons. We report fabrication of nanowires coupled to single SiV by deterministic ion implantation, yielding greatly enhanced light coupling compared to SiV in bulk.
