Description
Summary:Radar measurements of windblown forest clutter were collected within the UHF radar band. Effects of depression angle and wind speed variations on the clutter spectra are investigated. It is found that less of the clutter energy is modulated away from DC as depression angle increases. An empirical model for the depression angle dependence is presented, along with measurements indicating the statistical variations of the model parameters.
