The rationale of using Internet is because of its interactiveness, whereby questions can be customized, removing the irrelevent questions. It would be a pioneer survey and also offers the potential for a large scale survey to be conducted. We hope that this can help to reduce the compliance costs on GST for businesses in the future. |
