Short-term persistence in mutual fund performance

Mutual funds are gaining popularity in Singapore as investment tools and one of the reasons for this is the belief that consistently superior returns can be realised.We examine the returns of equity mutual funds from Japan, the UK and the US to determine whether there is any performance persistence.
