A provisional study of the law and practice of unfair dismissal under section 14 of the employment act.
This research studies the employment relationship and understands the stance taken by the law when a dispute concerning the rights of the two parties are questioned. Areas that are looked at include: Section 14 of the Employment Act, the Stansfield case and MOM's Standard Operating Procedures.
