description Generally, the concept of Cycle Time Management (CTM) defines the strategic approach in integrating the whole process in the organisation by implementing the improvement activities in maximising the overall productivity. In this dissertation, the methodology of CTM process was explained and progressively implemented in the FA PC21 watch assembly line of Seiko Instrument Singapore. Through CTM, the company is able to meet its customer's satisfaction in quality, cost and delivery and its potential market demand of the product. This dissertation also explains how the company conducted the CTM implementation thereby achieving the improvement results. Finally, the CTM approach offers the means to the company in achieving the products of better quality at lower cost and with shorter delay in the most controlled and orderly manner.
