Resumo: | Diamond like carbon (DLC) coatings, containing mixed sp3 bonding (diamond) and sp2 bonding (graphite) of various degrees in the structures, possess many interesting and attractive properties. Understanding the structure-property relationship of DLC coatings is of great importance for the production and commercial applications of such coatings. The current study attempted to address the structure-property relationship of DLC coatings through detailed characterization of DLC coatings produced by different deposition techniques. |
