| Summary: | EZ-Queue is a smartphone application that runs on Android mobile operating system. The main objective of this application is to ease the queueing woos of retail shoppers. The users of this application will be retail customers. The application must generate a queue number when the user scans a QR code posted in a retail shop. The application must display the user’s queue number as well as the current queue number that is being served by the cashier. Furthermore, the application will also display upcoming queue numbers. The cashier must be able to update the queue number as they complete each billing. The user will also have the ability to push back their own queue numbers in cases they need more time to shop before billing. |
