description There is a developing pattern towards progressively more electric aircraft (MEA) design and system with an expanded number of converters/inverters and electronic circuits. As the electronic system has a favourable position over the conventional mechanical system, the pressure-driven system as far as weight, cost, space, and productivity. An aeroplane joint strike contender (JSP) which enhances progressively on electronic innovation and a 270 VDC appropriation transport, is an exemplary case of MEA. Since in the semi-conductor region are improving thus, granting more opportunities for electronic designs and system, which are called Solid-state power controller (SSPC). Contrasted with customary electromechanical devices, SSPCs generally give quicker reaction time and greater power conversion capability. The establishment of MOSFETs/IGBTs in SSPC that can inexact the conduct of a perfect switch. SSPC includes a wide scope of circuit parts and various sorts of protections. This project habitat a fragment of an entire SSPC which is used to perceive arc faults in the system
