description | An outbreak of COVID-19 which starting in Wuhan, Hubei, China at the end of 2019 is spreading rapidly with multiples countries being affected. Such rapid transmission has greatly affected world heath and economic conditions. To study the spread patterns of COVID-19 is urgent under current circumstances. Many scientist and experts in the profession have developed understanding regarding COVID-19 from different perspectives. In this dissertation, an investigation on transmission paths is developed firstly by studying and setting up Phylogenetic tree according to selected cases from different countries. Furthermore, many epidemic parameter and models are formulated and visualized by python and MATLAB to describe transmission pattern. Finally, the effectiveness of lockdown in different countries are studied. |
