description COVID-19 is an ongoing pandemic that has affected how the world functions, especially in the corporate environment. Many institutions and corporations have resorted to conduct telecommuting practices where employees are told to work from home and communicating with fellow employees using various applications over the internet. However, for situations such as plan proposals it is difficult to visualize over a voice chat meeting. This project aims to create a social multiplayer virtual reality application that can function as both a virtual reality application as well as using traditional mouse and keyboard controls. The reason for creating this application is to resolve some of the barriers that traditional voice chat meeting platforms face being the lack of visualization and interactivity. The application developed allows users to connect to each other via the internet and conduct virtual meetings with features such as voice chat and visualization of project plans on the whiteboard. Other features include player movement via player input as well as body rotation to ease the comfortability of the user’s experience. This project aims to provide a solution for corporations to utilise during telecommuting periods by providing features reminiscent of an office environment simulating interactions within the real world.
