Keeping this in view, the Government of Singapore launched an IT Master plan to accelerate the pace of development of the education sector. This would promote administrative management excellence and value added services to the education system. Reducing the administrative workload of the teacher would enable them to concentrate on their professional and academic responsibilities, thereby allowing more time to educate and motivate the pupils. |
