Summary: | Trust is and will always be a concept that holds immense importance across multiple contexts. This paper investigates how trust levels amongst Singapore’s millennials have been impacted within the context of Covid-19 and vaccination policy communication on social media. An experiment was conducted on a questionnaire where OLS regression was used to analyse the data collected. The data collected revealed a confirmation of the hypothesis, where trust levels tend to be negatively influenced when the respondents are shown negative comments on the social media posts communicating the state’s policies.
