description Blockchain solutions today are focused on solving problems for MNCs. There is a gap for Smart Contract solutions pertaining to SMEs, especially micro-enterprises. This paper aims to explore Smart Contract solutions that can be made accessible to SMEs and solve problems specific to SMEs and micro-enterprises. Specifically, the problem of having to enforce contract terms and the lack of IT resources to invest in a Smart Contract solution to overcome the first problem. As a proof of concept, a Smart Contract application, ExchangePact, will be developed to solve the problem of enforcing contract terms between micro-enterprises. As a general platform, it also aims to address the lack of IT resources among micro-enterprises to develop Blockchain solutions. The developed application solves both problems. It deploys and maintains Smart Contracts while enforcing contract terms between different parties. It leverages standard Web technologies like ReactJS for Single Page Applications, ExpressJS for RESTful API interactions, Firebase for data storage, making it a standard web application that is familiar to SMEs and accessible through a modern web browser.
